Jeff Johnson captured his 2nd St. Louis District Championship last year at Old Hickory Golf Club, marking a remarkable span between his first and second District titles. The 52 year old Johnson is once again in the mix at Whitmoor Country Club, qualifying as the 12th seed as part of the 16 player match play field.
Johnson will face the former Eureka High School standout and now Central Missouri State golfer, Ted Jones in the first round on Saturday morning.

Also returning to match play from a year ago is Alex Cusumano who lost to Jeff Johnson in the finals in his bid for back to back District Championships. Andy Frost is also back in match play after a two day score 152 and faces former Marquette High School golfer, Bryan Bohme.
